    Guest appeal and functionality: Unlike a traditional home designed for a specific family's needs, short-term rentals aim to attract a wider audience. We have just 5 seconds for a first impression and just 1 hero photo to captivate our audience. I focus on creating SCROLL-STOPPING spaces that are visually appealing to a broad range of guests, while also ensuring functionality and a comfortable layout for short stays.

    Durability and practicality: High guest turnover in short-term rentals puts a strain on furniture and finishes. My approach incorporates durable, easy-to-maintain materials that can withstand frequent wear and tear.   • The exact timeframe and cost depend on your property size and desired service level. However, a typical project involves:

    Consultation: About 30 minutes. We’ll chat through details specific to your property, amenities we could add and ways we can make your property stand out,

    Design Development: Usually 2 weeks for me to submit a design and a few days allotted for revisions after you’ve had a chance to look it over. I’ll source everything you need and organize it into a spreadsheet so you can order easily.


    Design Fees: I charge $750 per-space for a virtual design fee and try to combine smaller spaces and separate larger spaces like massive back yard spaces to ensure the pricing feels fair for the work involved.

    *Price varies for remodels, new construction and custom builds/remodels.

    For a personalized quote: Schedule a free consultation to discuss your specific needs and get a detailed breakdown of timeline and budget.

    Furnishing Budget: I like to give everyone a ballpark of 10k per bedroom to furnish an entire property. This includes ALL furniture to fill the home, TV’s, kitchen supplies, some basic cleaning supplies and a single outdoor area. So, a 4 bedroom house will cost a minimum of 40k to furnish.

    *Game rooms, multiple outdoor areas and large amenities (barrel sauna, hot tub, pickleball court, golf simulator…etc.) are not included in this ballpark estimate. Contractor work is also not included in this ballpark estimate and very property and region specific.

  • Absolutely! I offer a range of additional services to streamline your short-term rental design project and ensure a smooth execution. Here are some key options:

    Full Install & Project Management: For a hands-off experience, I can work alongside your builder or contractor and handle ordering all items. Based on my team’s availability, we can also handle Full Install. This includes overseeing furniture delivery, all furniture assembly and styling, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly before listing photos take place. When my teams leaves the property, it is ready to go β€œLIVE”.
